If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded. These include but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Final sale or clearance items

Any item returned in unsellable condition may be rejected without refund eligibility.

Order Cancellation Policy
